About me
Some owners come to me ready to sell now. Others are one to three years out and want to know what their business is worth and how to get it ready. Either way, I walk you through every step in plain English, from valuation to finding buyers, negotiating, and closing.
Before M&A, I ran my own bookkeeping and consulting business for ten years, working closely with owners on their numbers and their plans. That taught me that selling a business is personal. You want a good price, and you also want to take care of the people and the company you built.
I work as a team with your attorney, CPA, and financial advisor, and I bring both local relationships and a national network of buyers.
