Lora is a Certified Paralegal and serves as the Administrator at Horizon M&A Advisors, where she plays a central role in supporting the firm’s operations and enhancing the client experience throughout the M&A process. With a solid foundation in legal administration and a meticulous approach to detail, Lora ensures the seamless execution of both client-facing and internal functions critical to successful deal outcomes.
Drawing on her paralegal training and experience, Lora manages a broad range of administrative responsibilities. Her day-to-day work includes overseeing confidential communications, preparing and formatting sensitive legal and financial documents, managing financial data entry, and maintaining secure, organized virtual data rooms for active transactions. She works closely with both clients and potential buyers during the due diligence process, ensuring timely access to information and helping facilitate clear, organized exchanges between all parties.
In addition to deal administration, Lora also supports the firm’s marketing activities—helping manage listings, coordinating outreach, and contributing to marketing collateral and communications. She plays an active role in the buyer matching process, using a strategic approach to identify and engage potential acquirers whose goals align with our client offerings.
