Lala Darrah is a seasoned business advisor and M&A intermediary with over two decades of experience in financial services and guiding entrepreneurs through complex transactions.

 

She brings a unique perspective to her work, having founded and operated multiple businesses in the health and wellness sector prior to her career in investment banking and equity sales with leading banks and brokerages in the City of London.

 

Lala specializes in advising owners of industrial manufacturing companies, including metal fabrication, plumbing, and professional services firms. Her deep industry knowledge and financial expertise enable her to position businesses effectively in the marketplace and negotiate optimal outcomes for her clients.

 

After carefully evaluating other M&A firms, Lala chose to join Horizon, where she collaborates closely with our diverse team of advisors. In addition to her in-house colleagues, she has cultivated a robust network of professional partners—including attorneys, accountants, and wealth managers—to help ensure each transaction is executed smoothly and successfully.

 

Lala holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University, and a degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. She also studied law at St. Petersburg Law School in Russia.
