From restoring British cars and helping to build his family home to working in high-tech Silicon Valley and operating his own Commodity Trading Advisor hedge fund, Rob can relate to just about any client and business situation.

Rob and his team are sell-side advisors that have a presence and team members operating locally in 3 states; CA, AZ and NV.  Some sectors of specialization include; Construction and construction services, HVAC, plumbing and other commercial services, manufacturing, precision machining and metal fab.

Rob and his team do not charge any up-front fees.  The completion fee is only paid out based on a successful transaction.

Some of Rob's team's recent transactions

Rob works to make the M&A process as simple and effective as possible.  He knows that business owners generally go through the business sale process once.  It is the advisor's job to leverage their professional skill set to organize and execute the sale process as simply and smoothly as possible - to the benefit of the seller and all involved in the process.

As a first step in the M&A process, Rob and his team work methodically with potential sellers to fully understand the seller's goals, the details of the business, and how best to package, market and sell the subject business.  This investment in the earliest phase of the process is crucial to a successful sale.

Rob and team have a simple set of criteria they use to forecast a successful sell-side engagement;
1) Do we understand the subject business and see it's value in the marketplace,
2) Is the business owner truly committed to selling?
3) Do we get along with the seller?  Very important...
If all three criteria are met, then as Rob says, "we run our process and work together as a team to complete a deal".
