“I recently led an investment group that purchased a business where Mike served as the seller’s M&A advisor. Mike skillfully helped his client with all aspects of the transaction from initial marketing through negotiations, a due diligence review, and legal documentation to a successful closing and smooth transition. I strongly recommend Mike Mogin.”

“We engaged Greg Carpenter to represent us for the sale of Nova Microwave. Greg provided a plan to package and market the business while maintaining confidentiality about the sale. We prepared a due diligence document file to facilitate the sale prior to going to market. Greg used target marketing and online advertising. We received three offers and decided to go with the best buyer: another company in the same industry that presently owned and operated six similar companies. The transaction happened quickly, with a minimum of due diligence and no need for third party financing, making it an easy process for me. We started in February and closed the sale in July, a relatively quick sale by industry standards. Greg was responsive, timely and provided good advice to guide me through the process. Greg demonstrated professionalism and a depth of knowledge that got the results I desired. I would recommend Greg Carpenter to any business owner who is considering selling.”
