Raymond P Dowd, Managing Director, Advisor in California and Principal Broker in Oregon brings over 38 years of experience in complex financial transaction sales and management.  These roles included FINRA / NFA licensed Series 3/4/ 7/ 22/24/27/63/65 FINRA Principal engaged in public debt and equity/ futures/ options trading, investment banker promoting emerging technologies to institutional investors, co-creator of a patented, solar energy monitoring device and business broker licensed in California and Oregon.

 Raymond now leverages that experience and knowledge helping local business owners find suitable buyers in the PNW.  Helping clients understand the business valuation process, presenting their business to prospective buyers then managing the transaction through closing are examples of his expertise. 

He has helped myriad owners of both manufacturing and distribution of various products including industrial coatings, industrial fittings, durable goods used in warehousing, timber products, recreational activity equipment, brewed and distilled beverages plus material handling equipment.

Experience working with regulators allows him to competently advise on applications with state / federal agencies for timely license issuances. Raymond is an alumnus of University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), is an avid catch & release fly fisherman, golfer and Whippet lover living in Eugene, Oregon, San Francisco and Palm Springs, CA.
