Administrator

Lora manages the administrative functions supporting seven deal makers in our San Jose office.  Her paralegal education and experience give her excellent skills to manage the large volume of confidential documents and information processed in our M&A practice.  From managing communications, to financial data entry and confidential document creation to managing our secure data rooms, Lora’s support enables our dealmakers to provide professional service to our clients.
